Handy Hints - Synthetic Resin
"Synthetic Resin" is the term used to describe a compound consisting of plastic materials of organic origin and materials deriving from minerals. As a result the synthetic resin can be moulded under heat and is highly resistant to atmspheric ageents. Now often used to describe any moulded furniture. Synthetic Resin is extremeIy weather resistant and is capable of being moulded in a variety of shapes. Outstanding characteristics of Resin include stability, strength, lightness, rigidity and durability. Colourants are added during the moulding process to produce a range of colorways to suit all tastes.
Most 'plastic' furniture stacks for storage, and may be left outside all year with minimum maintenance.
To restore the brightness of the furniture after a season in the open, just wipe with a sponget using warm water and a liquid detergent of cream product.
